Age 93, of B’ham passed away Tues. June 21st. Funeral service Sat. June 25th at 11:00 AM from First Baptist Church, Powderly, 2801-Dawson Ave. SW. B’ham, 35211. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Public viewing Friday 1-5 PM. Zeta Phi Beta Last Rites, Sat. 9:30 AM at the church. Face Mask and Social Distancing required. Arrington Funeral Home Directing.

My Condolences to the Family Mrs. Griffith was my 5th Grade teacher 59 years ago at Wenonah Elem she was an outstanding teacher had compassion for everyone regardless of their inabilities she treated everyone as equals she was the best teacher I had from 1st grade through college what a big heart ❤️ she had there is a place in Heaven for you Mrs. Griffith I know your Family will truly miss you RIH 💔 Rose Jones Billingsley

To the Griffith Family, Aunt Ann was one of the sweetest persons I have known. My cousin, Ghybreal, and I often visited her when we were children and she was always kind, loving, and compassionate. My sincere condolences to Ms Griffith and family. I worked with her at the Parker Group some years ago and we became friends. She was a great mentor to me and I appreciated every word she said to me. Take your rest Ms Griffith. Well done.!!
