Obituary For Binnie Myles
Age 81, of Alabaster passed away Thursday, August 27th. Funeral service Saturday, September 5th at 11:00 AM from Sixth Avenue Baptist Church, 1101 - Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr., B'ham. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Public viewing Friday 1-5:30 PM. Arrington Funeral Home Directing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Myles family. Binnie was a thoughtful, caring and compassionate friend. We have several very large gardenias that were planted from cuttings given to me by Binnie and sprouted in containers placed on my desk. We will never forget her. Creation groans at the loss of Binnie, but the heavens are in joyous celebration. It has been my honor to call Binnie a neighbor, friend, and above all... a sister in Christ. I will cherish each memory of her until we meet again. My prayers to all that were blessed to know Binnie. At the last supper Jesus tells his disciples: ""Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don't let your heart be troubled or fearful. You have heard me tell you, 'I am going away and I am coming to you.' If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I." John 14:27-28 CSB Rejoice today that the Father's love and mercy has provided grace that we may be reconciled with Him. Binnie knew this all too well. We will miss you Binnie.
