Obituary For Wille McLoyd Jr

Born to the late Mr and Mrs Willie Sr. and Sadie L. McLoyd in Birmingham, AL, he devoted his life to serving others through ministry and was a coal miner for over 21 years. His life-changing moment on March 10th, 1974, when he committed to the Lord, was a testament to his deep faith. Baptized in Jesus' name and filled with the Holy Ghost at Faith Apostolic Church, Acts 2:38 was a pillar of his unwavering faith.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 58 years, Jessie Olivia Mcloyd; his children, Willie Mcloyd III, Angela Tabitha Mcloyd, Timothy Mcloyd (LeKeisha), and Johnathan Gabriel Mcloyd; and his siblings, Doris Valentine, Vera Ward, Sadie L. Glass, and Marion V. Johnson (Roderick). Many grandchildren, a great-grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends also cherish his memory, reflecting the love he shared with his family and community.

Service will be held July 31st @ 11 am in the chapel

Viewing held July 30th 1 pm- 5 pm

The family would like to thank everyone for their calls, prayers and support.
